The Administrative Coordinator position supports the day-to-day operations of Westreach Consulting by helping keep internal processes, documentation, and coordination organized and running smoothly. This role plays an important behind-the-scenes part in supporting consultants, internal teams, and business operations through reliable administrative support.

Providing administrative and coordination support for internal teams and consultants
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
Maintaining internal documentation, records, and shared resources
Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and organization
Supporting internal workflows related to operations, HR, or client coordination
Monitoring inboxes or shared requests and routing items appropriately
Assisting with basic project coordination and deadline tracking
Helping ensure consistency and organization across administrative processes
This role often involves balancing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
