The Human Resources Assistant position is designed for individuals interested in supporting core people operations, administrative HR functions, and consulting engagements across a range of organizations. Assisting with HR and people operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Supporting administrative HR tasks across multiple organizations or projects
Maintaining accurate employee records, files, and internal documentation
Assisting with recruiting coordination, including scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics
Supporting HR initiatives related to policies, procedures, or compliance documentation
Coordinating calendars, meetings, and basic project timelines
Assisting consultants or internal team members with research, organization, and administrative support
Helping maintain consistency and organization across HR processes and workflows
This role often requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. The Human Resources Assistant plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting well-functioning people operations.
