About The Role:
The Human Resources Generalist/Consultant position is for individuals interested in supporting people operations, HR initiatives, and consulting engagements across a range of organizations. Roles may vary in scope depending on client needs, project timelines, and areas of focus, but all positions are grounded in thoughtful, well-structured people practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities can vary by role and project, but may include:
Supporting HR and people operations processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Assisting with recruiting coordination, candidate communication, and hiring logistics for multiple organizations
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and process materials
Supporting HR initiatives for different companies related to policy, compliance, or internal workflows
Coordinating schedules, meetings, or project timelines
Assisting consultants or internal team members with research, organization, and administrative support
Contributing to process improvement efforts that help teams operate more effectively
This job often requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. It is preferred that you understand how to operate Human Resources for different types of companies.

A Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience (required)
Previous experience in HR and/or administrative tasks (referred)
Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting (preferred)
