At Westreach Consulting, our internship program is designed for students who want meaningful, hands-on experience in people-focused and business-support roles. Rather than observational internships, our program emphasizes real work, structured support, and exposure to how organizations operate in practice.
Interns at Westreach work directly with our team on active projects that support HR consulting, recruiting, operations, and internal business functions. This experience is intended to complement academic learning by providing practical insight into how people strategy, business processes, and day-to-day execution come together in professional environments.
Our internships are unpaid and structured to support academic schedules while providing substantial professional experience.
Time commitment: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Format: Remote
Duration: Flexible, typically aligned with academic terms
Focus: Skill development, exposure, and practical experience
We are transparent about the unpaid nature of the internship and aim to ensure the experience is valuable, educational, and aligned with learning objectives. Interns gain exposure to real workflows, responsibilities, and professional expectations that can support future career opportunities in HR, business, and related fields.
