The Leave & Accommodations Specialist position is for individuals interested in supporting employee leave administration and workplace accommodation processes across multiple organizations. Responsibilities may vary based on client needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational structure, but all work is grounded in consistent, compliant, and people-centered practices.
At Westreach Consulting, we partner with organizations to provide practical HR support and people operations guidance aligned with real business needs. In this role, the Leave & Accommodations Specialist supports leave and accommodation processes for more than one organization, requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate varying policies and procedures while maintaining consistency and confidentiality.
Supporting employee leave processes across multiple organizations, including intake, documentation, and coordination
Assisting with workplace accommodation requests and related documentation
Maintaining accurate, confidential records related to leave and accommodations
Coordinating communication between employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
Supporting compliance-related documentation and internal tracking processes
Assisting with policy interpretation and procedural consistency across organizations
Coordinating timelines, follow-ups, and required documentation
Supporting consultants or internal team members with research, organization, and administrative assistance related to leave and accommodation matters
This role often requires balancing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously while maintaining discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant HR, administrative, or people operations experience (required)
Prior experience supporting leave administration, accommodations, or HR compliance (preferred)
Experience working with multiple stakeholders or across different organizations is helpful
